ERS FENIX VAR 07 02 Electrically Released Safety Elevator Brake

Extremely compact electrically released safety double elevator brake that operates for both static and emergency stopping.

The VAR 07-02 elevator brake is compact, low noise, easy to install and is particularly well suited for gearless motors with extremely limited space. Its redundant system is in accordance with EN 81-20/50 and complies with Directive 2014/33/EU. This electrically released elevator safety brake is equipped with 2 independent braking circuits and a friction disc coated with Warner’s newest proprietary non-stick friction material, W134, housed within a single shell. It offers torque from 300Nm to 900Nm and features an optional hand-release and dustcover. This nearly maintenance free brake is available in either single or dual voltage, has a new PCD, and increased nominal airgap.
