Dynamic Engagement Brakes

These electromagnetic, power release permanent magnet brakes must be engaged while the shaft is in motion at 100 RPM or greater. This dynamic stopping brake offers a bulkhead flange mounting system, the highest torque rating offered by Warner Electric in the power released series, high cycle rate capability, and excellent life. Larger sizes are available in both normal and heavy-duty options with inside or outside mounting available on the 475 or 650 sizes.
